Algemene informatie
Als onderdeel van de The Future of High Tech, organiseren we de Amazon Web Services Hackathon. Amazon Web Services daagt de deelnemers van de hackathon uit om in 1 dag een fotoherkenning systeem te maken! De bedoeling is dat er uiteindelijk een werkende web applicatie wordt gemaakt die video of foto’s maakt via de webcam om de persoon (of personen) voor de camera te herkennen.
Gedurende de dag zal je werken met Amazon Web Services. Je hebt daar gaan ervaring in nodig (maar werkt wel in je voordeel). Amazon zal technische informatie leveren tijdens hun workshop.

General information
As part of The Future of High Tech, we organize the Amazon Web Services Hackathon. Amazon Web Services challenges the participants of the hackathon to build an image recognition system within a day! The deliverable of the challenge is a working system that using a web application should capture video or images from the web camera of a personal computer to identify the person (or persons) in front of it.
During the day you will work with Amazon Web Services. It’s not necessary that you are familiar with working with this software (but it’s a big plus). Amazon will give you technical information through their workshop.
