De Capgemini Automation Hackathon is een 24 uur durende competitie waar wij je de tools aanbieden en waar jij de creativiteit meebrengt om iets gaafs te bouwen. Iets gaafs in de vorm van een app, een concept of misschien wel een apparaat (van piepschuim, lijm en een paar sensoren).
Tijdens het uitwerken van je idee moet er ook een thema toegepast worden. De drie thema’s waaruit je kunt kiezen zijn:
Smart Buildings
Stel je voor. Een gebouw dat zodanig is geautomatiseerd dat alle processen relevant voor dat gebouw (denk aan verwarming, ventilatie, airconditioning, verlichting, beveiliging en meer) automatisch werken.
The Smart Store
Welke oplossingen zou jij kunnen bedenken om retailers beter in te laten spelen op klantwensen?
Real Time Customer Insights
Welke business processen kunnen worden geautomatiseerd zodat ze compleet transparant worden en hoe zorg je ervoor dat de proces performance real time beschikbaar is voor je klant?

General information
The Capgemini Automation Hackathon is a 24 hour long competition where we provide you the tools and you provide the creativity to build something cool. Something in the form of an app, a concept or maybe a device (made with styrofoam, glue and a few sensors).
We will be working within themes. The three themes from which you can choose, are:
Smart Buildings
Imagine a building that uses automated processes to automatically control the building’s operations including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, security and other systems.
The Smart Store
What automation opportunities can you think of to help retail business optimize their sales, customer loyalty and can we even help retail predict their client’s next purchase or improve the availability and logistics of their goods?
Real Time Customer Insights
Can you think of automating business processes that are completely transparent whilst its performance is real time available anytime?
