Unieke kans om te werken met data van Eneco tijdens deze 1-daagse hackathon!
Eneco’s ondereel Luminext heeft informatie over ongeveer 10% van alle publieke straatlantaarns in Nederland. Bedenk eens hoeveel bruikbare data dit oplevert: locatie, branduren, type licht, service- en onderhoudsinformatie. Op dit moment is het onderhoud op basis van een schema. Of erger, door een surveillance auto die rondrijdt op zoek naar kapotte lichten. Dit maakt het onderhoud inefficiënt, wat leidt tot meer onverlichte gebieden en hogere kosten om de straatverlichting te onderhouden. Zou het mogelijk zijn om een prototype te maken van een voorspellend algoritme op basis van beschikbare data zodat het onderhoud efficiënter kan?

Unique opportunity to work with Eneco’s data during this one day hackathon!
Eneco’s venture Luminext holds information of about 10% of all public streetlights in the Netherlands. Imagine how much useful data this offers: location, burning hours, type of light, service and maintenance information. Currently, maintenance runs based on a schedule. Or worse, by a surveillance car that drives around the city to spot broken lights. This makes the maintenance chain inefficient, leading to more unlighted area’s and higher costs to maintain the streets lit. Would it be possible to prototype a predictive algorithm from this data, being able to make maintenance more efficient?
