De wereld verandert snel. Digitalisering is steeds vaker de kern van nieuwe en bestaande bedrijven. We zijn gewend aan veranderende technologie, maar als de technologie zo snel wijzigt als tegenwoordig, heeft dat niet alleen invloed op het spel maar ook op de regels van het spel. Veel bedrijven zien dat hun business models worden uitgedaagd. Aan de andere kant biedt technologie ook veel nieuwe mogelijkheden. Vandaar deze hackathon.
Tijdens de hackathon ga je een van de vier uitdagingen aan met technologie. In kleine groepen van 4-6 personen werk je naar een oplossing en een proof-of-concept en businessplan. Gedurende het weekend zullen er coaches zijn om hulp te bieden op verschillende gebieden: hoe je slimme technologie inzet, opzetten van experimenten, analyseren van data en bouwen van algorithmes, software schrijven, een businessplan maken en pitchen van je idee.

General information
The world is changing fast. Digitization is becoming the core of all new and existing businesses. We’re used to changing technologies, but when technology is changing so fast and deeply as it does today, it does not only change the game, it changes the rules of the game. Many businesses see business models they held on to for years, being challenged. On the other hand, technology provides so many new opportunities as well. If only you could grasp both the technology as well as the business model. If only, you could design the way the future would look like.
During the hackathon you will tackle one of the four challenges, using technology. In a small team of 4-6 people, you come up with a solution and work out a proof-of-concept and business plan. Throughout the weekend coaches will help you with different aspects: how to use smart technology, set up experiments, analyze data and build algorithms, write software, make a business case and pitch your idea.
